In the last thread about the coaches, I said that Cal needs to lean on his assistants more and more, and trust them.
I’ve heard from a person that I trust that Jai Lucas’ voice is becoming louder and louder behind the scenes. Look for Cal to lean on Jai more as time goes by. I think he can be an absolute recruiting monster if Cal lets him do his thing.
This 2022 class could be really nice with the pieces they like. The guards will work themselves out. The key is to get Jalen Duren or a quality big return. From my understanding, UK is trying to use NIL to combat the G-League/pro routes. UK and Michigan are the top options at the college level at this time.
