Honestly the Iowa fans have by far and away been the most pleasant of any fans we've had on these boards in some time. Congrats on a great season and today was a hell of a game! Good luck in 22!

I really thought we were dead in the second half. Iowa manhandled the line of scrimmage and were moving the ball at will. I really believe if y'all had gone for it on 4th down and 1 (your last posession), you would have gotten the first down and likely had won the game.

Don’t take it as disrespect.

The vast majority of Iowa fans are ready for a change at Offense Coordinator and blame the offense for the losses. I tend to agree that nepotism is the only reason Brian Ferentz is holding that position. Iowa won 10 games this year despite the offense thanks to the defense and special teams being very good.

You did have it nailed Rucker. I initially thought it would be a dog fight with us having an edge. Then right before the game our folks start announcing even more key guys were going to be sitting due to illness/injury. Then I thought we would be a slight underdog. Then we get off to a good start but you could feel the Hawks starting to wear us down & it didn't seem like we could hang on. Just too many young guys playing, your physicality, & the heat. Feel fortunate to win, mainly due to us having Wandale on our side. Flat out gamer

Why Iowa coach didn’t go ahead and take that chip shot field goal in the first half, I don’t understand? And should have went for it on 4th and 1 while they had been running it all over our D-Line. Those two decisions were killers.

For me, Iowa has far and away proved to be one of the easiest and most productively engaging opposing fan bases I’ve interacted with. The fans have seemed knowledgeable, and your program has one of the best traditions in sports with the children’s hospital wave.

I was at the game and have no issues with Iowa fans. In fact had a couple say GG after. They also showed up at the game , impressed with their turnout. Classy fan base as far as I can tell.

Funny, there are some UK fans who got down on Chris Rodriguez because he fumbled a few times in tough spots early in the year, but from my view as having been a fan for 50+ years, think he is one of the very best RBs to ever play for Kentucky.

That being said, can we have your TE and MLB please?

I would also love a home-and-home but since the B1G alliance now with the Pac 12 and ACC I'm guessing that won't happen. Plus we have the home-and-home with Iowa State each year as of now. Really would love an Iowa-Kentucky matchup though.
