During the last couple of weeks everyone has been
speculating on the motives of coach Vince Marrow. Was it about
Michigan, it's tradition, the chance to coach under a Superbowl coach?
or was it just about the money? would we pay enough to keep him? but
at the end what it all boiled down to was the community and the people
- BBN. Three times during his presser he mentioned how connected he
was with the community and how much the fans support of him both in
person and on twitter effected his decision.

So lessons to be
learned, how you treat and support the staff, not just in person but on
social network sites and boards like this has a much bigger impact on
the future of this program than you might think.

We should always treat all people with respect, however, we are all human and therefore stupid. Some people are very reactionary, myself included, and do idiotic things before thinking whether it's social media, email, voicemail, conversation and so on.

Woot woot! One of the best things I've heard all off-season, his main reason for staying. Obviously Stoops was a main reason as well.
