No doubt ND would be one, but UNC was openly committing academic fraud, with the SEC's reputation of not stressing academics would the bring UNC in?

If you're talking academic fraud across the entire university, OK. If it's merely in sports, who cares? There's so much fraud in college sports that I don't worry about what they in particular do/did. It's the eyeballs/$$$.

I don't know if the fake classes were open to non athletes at UNC or not. But I do know that AU was on the verge of losing it's accreditation because of a fake class that 1000's of its non athlete's were able to take. It had no meetings, no syllabus and no exams, sign up for your A.
