In his defense, it's his first year there was almost all new players. That's alot of names to remember. However, he should know the starting center's name.
Congrats for falling for the media soundbyte mining. He was talking to his players, giving them locker room material for motivation, and clearly he didn't know there was someone with a camera in there who was going to go tattle on him to the media. If you watched his postgame you wouldn't come away with that opinion. You're just uninformed, exactly the target audience for the Coach Prime fluffers in the media.
Actually, you are 100% wrong. He invited the cameras in there to film his speech. They said this during the broadcast if you watched the game. Actually, if he said that behind the scenes, then it wouldn't have mattered, but he intentionally wanted to make a show of it...It was a Deion-esque move.

I don’t dislike Coach Sanders at all. He’s playing the social media/hype game like the master PR man he is. The non stop coverage from a compliant media is what‘s driving me nuts.

Likely he was just tired of primes BS. Prime had picked a social media fight with every team he played before each game. If you are going to put yourself out there like that you might get some backlash. Look what happened to Stoops with his sunglasses comment. They still mention it in the media every time South Carolina/ UK comes up.
