Colin chandlers athletic between the legs assist to amari

Loved the hustle and wherewithal to find Williams. This play may be an example of us getting a better whistle now that we've got a coach who doesn't spend the game ref baiting and berating...that ball looked to me like it touched the line. But the ref was standing right on top of it, so...
Agree, it was on the line. But I think the ref wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Why do I think a Calipari team in that situation they’d have found an excuse to review the play at the next tv time out? 🤣

Either it wasn’t out of bounds, or the ref was like “I gotta see this”.

Definitely getting a more favorable whistle under Pope. Who knows, we might see John Higgins officiating one of our games again. Guaranteed loss if that happens.
Higgins retired from officiating games. He is the Coordinator of Officials for the Western Basketball Officiating Consortium.

Love how Brea helps Amari by jumping simultaneously with his dunk!

Edit: Oops! Was properly corrected to recognize that it was Noah not Brea.

A great pass that leads to an easy score.
I like seeing that!

I never get tired of watching this clip, just great hustle and athleticism. I agree that Colin will become a really great player in time. He's still adjusting to being out two years and playing at this level. But, you can see signs that the talent is there.

He has only taken six regular season three point shots, ten FG attempts overall. He just needs to keep shooting until he gets comfortable with the college game. Everything we know about him says he will be a very good shooter.
Hopefully. He struggled in the exhibition games too. Form looks decent. Just needs a breakthrough game

It’s was a great play to see unfold. I just know noticed Noah’s little hop when Williams dunked it lol
I REALLY hope Noah develops enough to be a contributor in his career. IDK what it is about him, but man I can't help but just wish good things for him. I think it's equal parts Harlan/Region 13 and the fact he just looks like a 12 yr old UK fan that's getting the chance to live out his dream. IMHO, he's got the skill set that translates to a 4 yr player that contributes his last couple of years in this system surrounded by elite younger talent. It's got a Pelphrey/Feldhaus vibe for me.

That’s like where I used to work. How can anyone with so much controversy in his calls land a job coordinating others??? Fu$k up , move up.
I remember after he screwed us in 2017 they asked Seth Greenberg why Kentucky fans were so upset and he said “Because they’re smart.”
