saw him last year at the king of the bluegrass
pretty quick, nice shot and can get to the rim with ease
would be a nice pick up
needs to add some strength

Don’t know where we stand with other PG’s but Kinney is legit. He has offers from Kansas, UT, UL, Texas, and many others. He’s on the small side but if Rob Dillingham can put on 20lbs of muscle, so can Tay.
