I would think so, plus his recruiting has not been too bad, so if he can establish a base then pick key portal players we should have a competitive roster every year.
No doubt he will put together a fine "team". It may not contain the "names" we as fans want, but neither did this team
Pope knows how to build a roster I just want a few studs to get us over the top preferably from the portal not the high school ranks

As someone said he picked most of the BYU team this year and they are doing great. He got these players in less than a month plus his staff. He is going to have his pick of player in the portal this year.
It's clear he knows what he wants and who he wants and how he wants to do things.

Pope has done great this year but I love his staff. It might be the best staff in the country right now
The fact he's let Williams and Garrison keep shooting should speak volumes to any players looking here lol.
Pope gives a lot of runway and leash if you play hard and do your job
