Oh c'mon, Cal would not have made that comment if he didn't anticipate another signing. No way. Now it might not happen, but I certainly believe Cal feels damn good that it will.

I think he's confident at least one player will be added.Knox seems unlikely so IMO it's among Bamba,Johnson or Smith.

This is another episode of Swaggy Calipari. He knows BBN lives and breathes this stuff and he's throwing us a bone. You can absolutely take it to the bank he is pretty confident on finishing strong. I love this guy and wouldn't trade him for any coach in the world.
Really hoping we can land Johnson. Want him for 2 years over Knox. Can flat out stroke it and is athletic enough as well. Highlights from Pitt last year. Sounds crazy but I think if he jumps on board, he could be our leading scorer next year.

Also, in regards to Johnson, maybe he likes his draft chances just a little bit better with the UK/Cal machine behind him instead of the Pitt/Stallings machine.

Why are you comparing Maye and Johnson? one is a 6'8 version of M. Mulder and the other is a poor man's Scott Padgett. ...........
The only thing they have in common is that both would be backups at UK next year if they were to be here.
Agree but it's not like he was playing crap competition night in and night out. He was playing in the ACC. He wasn't playing in the SWAC or some garbage league
