Only if anyone can sign the contract. That has yet to be stated on TV as something that is possible.
If you could take two men and one woman in WWE and you put in AEW, who would you choose? And vice versa for AEW to WWE? You can include NXT and ROH talent to if you want since they are all part of the shared universe.
WWE to AEW
Montez Ford - they’ve completely fumbled him as a singles guy and the Street Profits are just kind of there
Dragon Lee - being completely wasted. He was told he would be lost in the shuffle in AEW, but that’s exactly what’s happened to him in WWE.
Thea Hail - She hasn’t been on tv in seven months and has only had four house show matches in that stretch. How do you not even use her on house shows?? She’s far too good and young to be wasted this significantly.
AEW to WWE
Hook - I’ve seen little to no improvement in him and AEW doesn’t want to seem to do anything to change him up. He’s you and has potential, I don’t see that potential ever being close to being reached in AEW at this point.
Wardlow - he’s got the look, maybe WWE can figure out what do with him. He’s terribly boring in AEW ever since he beat MJF. I think he’s terribly boring as a wrestler but there’s something there that maybe WWE can tap into
Britt Baker - WWE knows how to work with people who are good on the mic and bad in the ring better than anyone else. There’s still value there, but I don’t see it being able to be realized in AEW at this point.

I'm going nuts with Dragon's question.

1) Gable - believable as AEW champion. He'll never see that kind of glory in WWE and that sucks.
2) Rollins - how much more can he do in WWE? In AEW, he could be a more stripped down, serious version of himself and not this loud, dressing like he's at a warehouse rave in 1993 version.
3) Lynch - similar to her husband, how much more can she do in WWE? They have a family, would both get even more money, and have a lighter schedule. Both can put in another few years, retire, then go into the WWE HOF together five years later.

1) MJF - He alone would be a better get than Gable and Rollins combined and he's not retiring in AEW. If I had the power, I'd pull the trigger now instead of waiting a few more years. He's not going to become any more popular staying where he's at.
2) Swerve - has a great look, is now established, and would thrive with the WWE machine behind him.
3) Willow - with NXT, WWE doesn't "need" a woman from AEW. However, Willow is a natural face, has size, and a connection to the crowd. The connection Bayley had in NXT is the type of connection Willow could have in WWE. Unless you're a hardcore fan, you have no idea who Willow even is right now. That instantly changes in WWE.

This shows my age but I’d love AJ, Nakamura, and Finn from WWE to AEW to finish up. Don’t really care about the women’s side.

I'm not speaking for all fans, but I think most have a hard time keeping up with/investing in such a large roster that seems chaotic at times. Just on the women's side, is Kamille returning? Where's Baker? Why doesn't Marina Shafir have matches? Anna Jay was in Japan for several months. Did AEW mention that? Riho shows up a few times a year with no rhyme or reason. Mercedes has four titles and fans have no emotional attachment to any of them. Saraya is AEW's Natalya, only one is 32 and the other 42. Thunder Rosa was just made a fool of and a week later took the pin.
^ That's exhausting to keep up with when you're a casual fan into other sports and you know, have hobbies, friends, and families.

We've seen Marina Shafir have matches in AEW before. Hard pass on ever seeing another one.
Anna Jay being in Japan was something they mentioned and they even showed some clips of her over there.

We've already seen more than enough of Saraya. I don't care if we never see her again.

Wow, Wade Keller of PW Torch is saying Nakamura is effectively done with WWE. They are either going to stash him in catering until his contract expires or release him. Says the LA Knight vs. Shinsuke match was supposed to be at WrestleMania but got moved to Smackdown due to lack of interest.
Someone said his us title run was the worst ever - if the above is true just let him go elsewhere.
