I love crazy bump a thons like the title match. That was fun as hell.
Yep, tag match felt out of place but Trips LOVES DIY and when you sign MCMG, you gotta throw them a bone too and get them in front of 70,000. Creative's main goal this year should be to greatly improve the entire tag division. It's such a mess right now.
BTW, Graves is probably throwing Papa Roach cds at his screen tonight seeing all these announcers and talking heads. I just imagine he really likes Papa Roach and has all their albums.

I've never been so bored thinking about a WM main event before
Welp, you don't do that unless Jey is winning at WM so he's beating Gunther night one. He's got the fans and he's someone not of the old guard. This makes the EC a must for either Cena or Punk. Guessing Cena there. Punk is still entrenched in the whole Rollins/Reigns/Heyman thing. Jey/Gunther, Cody/Cena, either Punk/Rollins or Punk/Reigns.
Drew will get Rollins or reigns if punk doesn’t.
WM will still be a stacked card.
They didn’t exactly burn down the house the other night. I can’t see anyone being enthused about that as a main event at the biggest show of the year.
Read the three biggest entrance pops in the women’s Rumble were Alexa Bliss, Bella, and Trish Stratus. Pretty damning statement of the state of the women’s division when those three did better than anyone who has been on TV for the last 13 months.
Look at the bright side, almost impossible for it to be worse than Jey’s WrestleMania match from last year.
True. With Punk, they need to get off the WM main event thing. That's going to be annoying if in year three that's a storyline. End of the day, Punk never needs a title again. Him with Drew and Rollins was great. Him against Reigns will be epic. With Jey, he's not great in-ring but I told a friend last week (and maybe here too) he's fked since he's like 1-17 in title matches. If they were going to pull the trigger on 'Main Event', it had to be soon or he looks like a chump.
Bliss returned after two years and was a fan fav, Bella returned after several years and women love her, and Trish is a legend. WWE's women's division is STACKED for years to come. That's one thing you can't really criticize them for.
And yet no one on TV in the last 13 months could get a bigger pop than two divas and Alexa Bliss who WWE hasn’t been booked as a contender in 6 years.
There’s no doubting there’s tons of talent there though.
I mean, that's the Rumble. There's always 2 or 3 spots for returnees and legends. If AJ Lee had returned for one night, the roof would have blown off the stadium. No one expects Roxanne to get a pop like that when fans grew up watching Trish or Nikki and missed the hell out of Bliss.
Blame def rebel. I was there. None of the entrance music is identifiable. Just absolutely ruined Balor and Nakamura
