Another site now reporting USCjr leading for this DT. I thoughts the Kats had him in the bag...What happened?

Don't know if he was ever "in the bag" but UK was thought to lead at one point for Ingram. Don't know if it's connected but see that UK offered Seven Cloud, JUCO DT, today.

Seven Cloud is a legend on the UGA board. He was a commit a few years back, had some issues with grades, a mess really. I think took a year off from school, still couldn't get in, finally was able to get into JUCO and has play well. Think he still has some trouble with the academic side, But he is trying, has been to UGA on a visit, hopefully he gets things in order and gets a chance. Don't know why he has had the issues he has, maybe just got too far behind.

As for South Carolina and Ingram, they been on him awhile, are relatively close to home and their DL is playing great right now. We waited too late to get in on him, going to miss on him, I think the next on the list is a FSU commit, a UF commit, the above Seven Cloud and Justin Terry., likely taking 2 of them if we can get them, maybe 3.

Apparently Cloud had offers pop 11/26 from UK, TN and Coastal. That tells me his academics must be falling into place.

Ingram looking like a long shot for UK but you never know. Is said to have a good relationship with UK DT coach Stewart.

We didn't really recruit Ingram until a DL flipped to Tech, by then it appears we were late to the party. I think Seven Cloud has an offer from us, he did the first time, was committed and just disappeared for lack of a better term. Never decommitted or flipped, just wasn't there and with it being academics writers just let it go. I know staff wants Terry, but looks like he is looking for biggest NIL deal, so we are out of it that's the case, Ingrahm isn't interested, looking to flip one from UF and FSU now. But at this point, with all the last minute bids going out you just hope you can keep the ones you have. AU is throwing out big offers again, expect the price of lumber to go up again.

I think Seven Cloud could be a big get, to be where he is now shows he is determined and a hard worker.

I went back and checked on Cloud's deal. He had a big soph year, committed to UGA in 21. Then didn't play his last 2 years. Don't guess we would take him after that. Then went to JUCO, was hurt and missed all of 23 season. So 3 years off. Looks like he picked up where he left off.

Cloud is intriguing. If the guy is that determined got to pull for him to make it. Have no idea where he may be leaning.

Perhaps because cocks are trending up and cats have hit rock bottom.
Didn't matter to the 4* WR from MO UK got a commitment from earlier this week. Guy had 6 SEC offers, visits to MO, TN and Ole Miss among others.

The bigger deal here is SCAR is closer to Ingram's home than UK but of course makes it a little harder digging at Stoops doesn't it?

Which DL looks better coached? USCe or UK? That’s an easy answer. Anwar’s units rarely get pressure on any quarterback. And before anyone says that is because of our scheme, go back and look at LeBlanc’s units.

4-7 record and falling maybe? A coach who doesn't want to be here and would jump ship at the first big offer? Playing time? Pony up?

That little stunt by Stoops at the end of last season still lingers. The program is in worse shape than many of us wish to admit. Who knows what the players are saying among themselves.

Yep, he had a steep uphill climb to get back to where he is now. Early on before he caught fire on the recruiting trail he was leaning our way, but now with all the attention coming his way, no idea either. But congrats to him for getting him in this position.
