I wasn't making any judgment regarding Rodriguez not showing up for Court. Looks like that may have been a miscommunication issue involving his attorneys. And actually, there would be no charge for not showing up on the court date; instead a bench warrant for his arrest would be issued (and he could be quickly released if the judge got information it was unintentional).

But I thought you were saying the DUI charge was going to be dismissed. Maybe I misunderstood the issue you were addressing when you said "it will be adjudicated in his favor long before football season."
