This is why Players are tripping over themselves to get Rich Paul and Klutch to rep them. He gets it done. He got his guy where he wanted him and the biggest contract imaginable for him.Amazing. Rich Paul has dirt on everyone.
How the f is Livingston worth that kind of money when he has no experience in nba or even showed that much potential in a college game.

He’s not.How the f is Livingston worth that kind of money when he has no experience in nba or even showed that much potential in a college game.
Amazes me how much nba teams pay outHow the f is Livingston worth that kind of money when he has no experience in nba or even showed that much potential in a college game.
Not everyone gets special treatment.. centers are a dead weight to nba now. Ugo better work on his feet and learn the way of nba or he's gonna be the Oscar,Timme and such.He should've come back (snicker)
And next year, fans will still argue Ugo or whoever shouldn't enter the draft.
Good for him but this is yet another reason I have lost all interest in the NBA. It’s anything but a professional league anymore when they are handing out contracts to players of his caliber and that’s been going on a long time now.How the f is Livingston worth that kind of money when he has no experience in nba or even showed that much potential in a college game.
It definitely should be and would be for many. He is a young kid and it is only 2 yrs guaranteed. He should clear a few million at least. Should be set for life but if he tries to spend like his teammates he could be dead broke in a short period of time.Well now we know why he didn't come back.... there clearly was a wink wink deal between Klutch and Milwaukee
Good for him I recon... life changing money for a European type talent.
Hes gonna need a part time job because if he thinks he's rich, that money will be gone in a year.It definitely should be and would be for many. He is a young kid and it is only 2 yrs guaranteed. Amazes me how much nbateamschina pays out
Can see it both ways honestly. If you're not convinced you'll develop into a first rounder and yout can get this kinda cash you should probably take it. But if you hold out a year and go lottery, then you'll make substantially more and have a better guaranteed contract. 14th pick would make over 10 mil in 3 years. He should've come back (snicker)
And next year, fans will still argue Ugo or whoever shouldn't enter the draft.
Second round contracts are not guaranteed. They don't have a standard pay structure like the first round. He's getting paid more than all the second rounders in front of him this year, so far.FYI this is the standard 2nd round contract now.
It's only "record breaking" because the cap continues to go up every year, meaning draft contracts increase every year.
So next year's last pick in the draft will break the record assuming they sign a legitimate NBA deal like Livingston just did.
Agents’ commissions are capped at 4% per the CBA, and Klutch isn’t paying part of his deal. That’s a ridiculous assertion.I’m guessing Klutch is paying part of that 4 million. As his agent they’re probably getting 30% of that back. Just a business investment to get more kids signed with them.
Maybe. But something’s going on. Maybe you think Biden got 81.million votes.Agents’ commissions are capped at 4% per the CBA, and Klutch isn’t paying part of his deal. That’s a ridiculous assertion.
This isn’t due to the salary cap. Milwaukee is already over that.FYI this is the standard 2nd round contract now.

No, he got that deal based on some changes under the new CBA that just took effect.Maybe. But something’s going on. Maybe you think Biden got 81.million votes.
CL didn’t get that deal based on his bb skills.
He must, Klutch had some major pull. He made up for the draft night fiasco.Amazing. Rich Paul has dirt on everyone.
They have so much money to throw around now dudes like Jermai Grant are getting 160M guaranteed. It’s insane.Remember… this is a league that thinks Fred VanVleet is worth 43 million a year, fully guaranteed.
There is no rationality or logic left.
It won’t last. It could but in his work the fashion, cars, training alone will eat that up quick. So, nearly 2M a year. And basically guaranteed 4M-ish.
That's almost set for life money.
We're all in the wrong line of work folks.
What is your deal man? Do you expect everyone to keep up with the NBA’s new contract rules? Are you grading the people you’re responding to based on how well they understand the cba?No, he got that deal based on some changes under the new CBA that just took effect.
The issue is that you aren’t familiar with the new CBA and have decided to make up something ridiculous.
Relax. He made a ridiculous comment and I simply pointed that out. He doubled down on that with his reply to my comment and I gave more context and highlighted what he was doing. What is your deal man? Tell me your time is worthless without telling me your time is worthless…
As for your second thought the guy you’re responding to said he was guessing. He never made anything up. He guessed and he made it very clear he guessed. So take a chill pill and realize that every second you spent on learning the NBA’s new cba or whatever it is what an enormous amount waste of time that very few of your fellow posters wasted their time doing that.
Yeah, I read the whole conversation. You’re the one that came off as a jerk. I’m not going to spell it out for you or argue about it with you. Message board or not, how you talk to people has a great effect on how others respond to you. If you don’t like the responses you’re getting (and it seems that way in this case) look first in the mirror.Relax. He made a ridiculous comment and I simply pointed that out. That’s sort of how this message board thing works. And for the record, I wouldn’t expect anyone to understand the CBA unless they had a professional reason for doing so. But if believe that I expect that of other posters, then you missed the point.
That said, perhaps you should consider taking your own advice on the chill pill thing. This is a message board.
Invest some of it. Live off the dividends. It won’t last. It could but in his work the fashion, cars, training alone will eat that up quick.
When the poster he was replying to felt compelled to drag a political statement into a basketball thread, he prolly felt compelled to put his a$$ in its place. I don’t disagree with the tactic. What is your deal man? Do you expect everyone to keep up with the NBA’s new contract rules? So if you make a political joke in a basketball thread you deserve to be scorned and ridiculed? And you think that makes you the better man/poster?When the poster he was replying to felt compelled to drag a political statement into a basketball thread, he prolly felt compelled to put his a$$ in its place. Bro, you went in on him and he wasn’t even talking to you. ChillYeah, I read the whole conversation. You’re the one that came off as a jerk. Have a good night and feel free to have the last word. I’m moving on to other threads and topics.
Milwaukee is a beautiful city. I know a lot of people make fun of it but the downtown area is gorgeous. There's not a lot of people that live there either, so you can walk freely around the city without much of a threat of danger. I went down there for the first time this summer and absolutely loved it.Good for him. I hope he gets good monetary advice and keeps trying to improve. Bucks a good organization to be associated with.
Practice what you preach. I wasn’t talking to you and now you’re going in on me. Chill.Bro, you went in on him and he wasn’t even talking to you. Chill
