Cats up to #4 in AP Poll

Couple of other observations… Right on cue, 2 loss Duke is of course back in the Top 10 ahead of at least 5-6 teams that they should be ranked behind. UNCheat??? Are we having a laugh yet🤣Then there’s uCONn, I counted 6-7 teams receiving votes that they should be ranked behind, and Arkansas isn’t one of them!

20 post in and I already see the usual suspects secretly hoping for a UK loss next week, almost to the point of guaranteeing it, but then gaslighting by saying, UK will be fine though😆

Cal has you bois suffering from PTSD or you’re just straight up Cal fans and not UK fans!

UK wins both, and neither will be in doubt… Bookmark it!

No one is secretly hoping UK losses. That's quite the stretch there.

It's two road games vs very good teams. I'm just being realistic here.

Hey I'm Looking for the Big Prickle Hogs of Ar-Kansas in the rankings.

Hmmmm...they seem to be missing. Lets see there is
#4 Kentucky....but I'm looking...nope they MIA.

# Ark M.I.A

Cowl says his M.I.A from the rankings stands for:
Miserable In Arkansas
🎯🤢
🤍💙

I see UK winning both games this week. Clemson can't keep up with us offensively. Gonzaga does what we do, but we do it better.

I think we win at Clemson by something like 83-77.

Then I see us beating Gonzaga in a track meet, something like 88-84.

Robinson and Oweh show up big time this week.

I don't want to get too cocky when we are -1.5 favorite on the road and face a good Gonzaga team in Seattle, where we very well might be underdog. Not impossible we end the week with two losses....or two awesome wins. Regardless, a little too early to spike the ball

Exactly

This week we could be 2-0.
Or 0-2.
Or 1-1 LOL

I swear Duke can lose 10 games and be ranked in the top 10.

I’m really excited to see how well Pope gets the guys ready for these road games. I think I have a good idea, but anxiously waiting. He doesn’t have the attitude “we could lose these games”. He has the attitude “let’s go”. Gonna be fun. Not saying we can’t lose, but it won’t be for the same reasons as the past 10 years. It’ll be because the other team just had a great game, and maybe it wasn’t our best outing. It won’t be for lack of effort though.

I think we win both.
Clemson by 8-10
Gonzaga by 6-8

Ahh the ever lasting effects of "Cal Caution". I'm certainly no HerrosHeroes/KWilt, but I feel a lot better this year than we did with Cal. I was like you once - we could win, or we could lose. As this season has started I'm much more confident that we win than the old 50/50 toss up years.

If we can't beat these two teams, we aren't going to fare very well in SEC road games.
Has nothing to do with SEC road games.
Kentucky like all teams have off games.
If they have a bad game Offensively or Defensively it will be difficult to win against a good team on the road.
Has ZERO to do with Cal. 90% chance Kentucky would have lost both games this week if that clown was still coaching. Even if they had of beaten Gonzaga they would have lost next game at home to popcorn state anyway.

win or lose, its nice to actually move up on the polls in November instead of our the usual - start out high and end up out of the polls by Xmas.

Where is Arkansas ranked again?

It's December, I'm not "Worried" about either game this week. Sure, a win over both would be great, but we need to tamper expectations.

We have one quality win over a top 25 team on a Neutral Court. Tonight is a True road game in a hostile environment and Saturday will be against a team we have lost to twice in 2 seasons.

We could very well go 0-2, 1-1 or 2-0. It's a long way til March. Our conference is loaded. Three SEC schools in the top 5, that's insane.

Let's just take one game at a time and hope we play great and leave it all on the court.
