Good to see them get a lot of players getting at bats and field play. That's only 7 innings though. Marcy went from starting 5 games to not getting an appearance. Montoya still playing but not hitting.

I was at the ballpark yesterday. Some thoughts:

-Pretty good crowd for a February day. Weather was nice.
-Great to see Burkes get going again. I really want him to have a great year, as he seems like a really good person and teammate.
-Pitching was good from beginning to end.
-Not sure how good evansville is (they're 1-6, but they did take a game off of UT in the super regional last year), as their fielding was atrocious.
-Bell is starting to look like the real deal. He flies around the bases and was making good contact.
-Laurence and Montoya leading off is a bit of a head scratcher. Neither is hitting well.
