Cats in Florida (Saturday)

UK took the first game in pretty fine fashion winning 5-1 against Omaha. Cody pitched 7 no hit innings. Bo Wilson came on and gave up and unearned run in 2 innings of relief. Kyle Barrett had an excellent day going 4 for 5, Heady got a home run to left and went 2 for 4, and Tom also went 2 for 4. Pretty solid start.

UK now playing Northeastern and leading 1-0 in the bottom of the second. Zach Brown on the mound for Kentucky. Struggled a bit in the top of the second, but got out of the inning unscathed.

Great win, we are playing good baseball, now that we are getting to actually get some rythm going. BTW I tried both Gametracker and the Audio, couldn't get either to work. What are you doing to keep up Comeback ??

I was listening on iHeartRadio online. Listening to 1580AM. The game is now in a rain delay though.

We're back to action. Now just keeping up with the score on D1Baseball.com. UK is up 4-2 in the bottom of the 6th.

Not sure what happened, but UK got the win 4-5. According to the UKbaseball Twitter Northeastern had the bases loaded with 2 outs in the 9th and UK got out of the jam and Jack got the save. Salow got the win. Not really sure how UK scored their 5th run though.

Seems as though G Fettes knocked in the winning run in the bottom of the 8th, scoring E White. Cats are now 6-3 on the season, and face Mt. Saint Mary's tomorrow (Sun.) at 2:30 pm.
