Can't have your 2 biggest ball handlers(Butler, Williams) with 11 turnovers

Those 2 had 3 more than Auburn's entire team.

With Robinson out for the rest of the season, this team MUST cut out the unforced errors!!!

The defense won't get much better, but playing under control CAN be improved.

Don't have a lot of complaints about Butler. Butler is playing with a bad shoulder that has to be greatly limiting him but he is still on the court. In the past, we had guys missing games because of a hangnail.

This team has no real chance of winning big games when Brea, Noah, and Perry are not hitting shots. The problem is even worsened by Robinson's injury. i have no idea what Carr is doing so I won't even bother to discuss him.

Carr had 20 pts today, that's a plus. But only 2 rebounds for a guy his size is not good. He just doesn't move well enough to defend athletic 4's.

Oweh is the one that baffled me today. He just doesn't respond to playing against other athletic kids.

This team HAS TO cut out the DUMB mistakes. If they can, we will have a shot at winning some tournament games, if not, we won't win ANY.

Butler picked a bad day to have a bad day . Dude was playing at a super high level early on . I mean he was putrid today , couldn’t make an open layup . Dribbled the ball off his feet , couldn’t catch . But we have no options , Perry was getting eaten alive and picked to the bone . Chandler can’t dribble . Period . .

Carr scored his points when the game was decided. Hell, how many shots can a 7 footer miss under the basket? If he had been making baskets in the first half, the game wouldn't gotten out of control by halftime.

Listen fool .. you have been picking and nit picking at my post , quit stalking me and quit putting words in my mouth that I never typed — I love Butler , he’s my fav player on this team and contrary to many , I’ve stated many times I thought he was playing at an AA level up until injury . So shut your damn mouth fool ! Of course he shoulder is hurt , should I put an asterisk with that hidden info every time I mention him . Get freaking lost

That's why I think it is SOOOOO important for this team to play SMARTER!!!

With Jaxon gone for the rest of the season, our bad turnovers have to end!!!

Butler seems to have little to no touch in his left hand. Every time he tried to crossover he lost complete feel for where the ball was and either dribbled it off of his foot or got his pocket picked. He is essentially a one armed guard who can only go one direction now. Not sure how he overcomes that.

Alot of dumb “what are you doing” type passes and we are loose with our dribble and have been all year for some reason. I’ll also add that we look out of shape and I’ve questioned our conditioning for the last month of games. I think we need to look in to our conditioning program etc this off season, too many guys hurt and limping around plus why else would pope not play these guys 30+ mins/game unless they’re gassed too often.

I agree. His left hand and arm are not there, drastically affected by his injured shoulder. Hopefully, it will mend quickly.

Absolutely and they led to run out free buckets. Just think of those freebie “touchdown” possessions, the banked 3s, and the mystery Pettiford fouled 3. Game is competitive if those results/plays get flipped even considering we didn’t play great.

Also letting one player on the other team hit 9 3s by themselves usually isn’t a winning formula!!

Right. It would be a good idea to not keep handing the ball to the team kicking your ass.

This was supposed to be an experienced ball control team that out executed teams to make up for being under talented.

And out work teams to make up for being less talented.

We don’t protect the ball and we don’t outwork anyone.
