Call needs to adjust to the players this year.

I think we need to run more set plays. Set some picks...less dribbling, more offensive movement and pass the ball instead of the dribble drive. We have good guards. We seem to dribble and do nothing.! When we run set plays and get Murray coming off the pick we seme to be more effective. A great coach adapts to his players. I'm just not sure this team has the ability to run the dribble drive and be effective? I'm not sure it's in Cal's DNA to change and adapt to what players he has this year? I do know what they are doing now isn't working!

Cal has adjusted each team as the year progresses. That whole dribble drive thing is more of a sales pitch than what we have done the previous 6 years.

2010- Evolved into a high/low team similar to Denny Crums Louisville teams.

2011- That team sucked and Cal knew it. He turned it into a pick and roll team with Harrelson as screener and Lamb as a kick option. Then kicked into a final 4.

2012- Looked like a UConn team. Built defensively to funnel action to the middle for co tested shots.

2013- Sucked and he didn't figure it out. I honestly thought the team started the year better with the ball in Archies hand as opposed to him off the ball. That team was miserable.

2014- Another crappy team that Cal evolved and changed to the talent. He basically figured out he had two huge guards and a battering ram. They basically lowered there shoulders and offensively fouled us to the final four...with the help of a few deep prayers.

2015- Was a complete team that he played traditional position basketball with. The bigs didn't have the handle to drive and the guards were reliable. It's biggest advantage was the ability to switch most ball screens without much of a disadvantage.

2106- This team blows and we will see Cal evolve to it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but we ran one set playing the 2nd half with Murray coming of a pick and he hit the 3 from the corner. We ran several plays like this in the 2nd half against Ohio State and we were successful. There just seems to be no flow to our offense right now. We are running a offense that's not looking to score!
