I just don't see that many losses to this team. We might not go 38-1 but who will beat us. I just don't see it.

I think this team can win some games, especially by years end but I will bet you we will have some losses we were not expecting. Always happens with a team without a bunch of shooters and thin in the paint.

I would think so, but the statement was made "as of today they are comparable", I disagreed, as of today.

I always love when a long post goes on and someone reads the last one and makes a critical remark without understanding the initial point of discussion...

The comparison deserves criticism by anyone doing so and I agree they can be very good in time.

Clearly starting the grinding at the 6:00 mark was too early and gave the Badgers a needed breather.

That said, Cal's perfect for the job and no other coach could do what he's done given the difficult bracket he's had to deal with year in and year out..

I couldn't agree more brother, after I found out about the poster who said that I shouldn't have even responded, super troll - every Littlemoreaction Lessconversation post is a slam on Cal.

I like most of what I am seeing because we need to get some players that will hang around a couple of years. The 2014/2015 team was special because we had a good mix of one-and-dones as well as holdovers.

This team as is will be a good, not great team. They will win a lot of games and probably have a decent seed in the tourney. I don't see them going past the Sweet Sixteen, though.

Just my opinion, I hope I am underestimating them.

I will always like a kid who puts on a UK uniform. Next years team can be sweet 16 good. The 2012 team would have beaten this year's team by 15 and next year's by 25. Davis is the most talented player ever to wear a UK uniform in my 60 years of watching.

It can be better than sweet 16 good.

We won't be as good as 2012 - but we won't have to be. This was an unusual year - in a watered down era, there were several really good teams. I think I read 6 of the best 15 teams in the four year history of ESPN's BPI were from this season. In short, we picked a really bad year to try for 40-0. Next year will see a return to the mediocrity that defines this era, with no great teams and not many very good ones. In that environment, we can win with this roster. Especially with a coach that's 22-4 in the NCAAT at UK.....
