The thing is Tipton didn’t ask good questions. He was just an a-hole that would ask stupid questions hoping to get a reaction.
Like when he asked Collins what happened on the air ball he shot. Or when he asked Wheeler if he “called bank” on the 3 pointer he made. Or Azubuike about his dads legal problems.
He’s just a low life who’s sole purpose was to tear down UK and the players. I’ll never miss that guy and I’m thrilled he’s gone.

This is said every season. Cal is who he is. He can contain himself right now. He will spin the roster to be great and act like the past is the past. Once the season comes and the pressure builds then drop a couple that’s when cal starts his schtick.
Same here. Couldn’t stand listening to tubby his last few years, was like the airplane movie listening to Ted striker and all you wanted to do was off yourself to make it end. Cals different, I just can’t stand listening to his rambling nonsense, so I just don’t.
Hopefully he invites us to get back on the train, there's still some room in the back apparently.
This should be interesting; wonder what the first "Calism" of this season will be.

We are the youngest team in the NCAA this year. We have 2 guys who have played games. It’s gonna take time. It’s not about wins and losses, it’s about the journey. Shooting is a concern but like you said, YOU CAN’t MISS THEM ALL!

How hard can it possibly be for someone in the media to ask the following: "Cal, your team hasn't secured a one seed, nor been to a final four, in 9 years. Additionally, the past three seasons have seen UK generate below UK-standard results. What will you do as a head coach to rectify all this?"
