He's just referring to Dybantsa there, not Wilson.I don’t buy it for a second. Wilson is a smart kid. He knows the difference between our two programs right now is wider than the Grand Canyon. He’ll be a Cat.

Wilson is a cat until something concrete says otherwise, but the dybansta buzz this late is interestingI don’t buy it for a second. Wilson is a smart kid. He knows the difference between our two programs right now is wider than the Grand Canyon. He’ll be a Cat.
Wilson was impressive to me in that interview with Pilgrim @ KSR. Didn't use the standard high school recruit cliches to communicate and was clear and on point answering questions - and Lord knows Pilgrim's interviewing style begs for standard recruiting type cliche answers (actually he asks cliche questions, then states what the cliche answer should be and leaves the interviewee with little more than having to say "uh-huh" or shake his head). My guess is that young man will think the decision through for himself, and probably come up with a better answer than those wanting to advise him.I don’t buy it for a second. Wilson is a smart kid. I don't think Pope is a 7 man rotation guy. I think he prefers 9, maybe even 10 guys. So the top guys are getting close to 30mpg.Nor would he (really) at UK. He and Garrison would dominate the minutes available.
I think Dybantsa goes to Alabama.Wilson is a cat until something concrete says otherwise, but the dybansta buzz this late is interesting
This NIL has gotten way out of hand. Should have been a cap put on it when it first came out. I know a lot will not agree with this but it is running all sports, + letting kids transfer every year. JMO
I disagree with socialism, It is like everything else now a days . I have said for years some company's are pricing themselves out of the market. They keep playing players millions of dollars to play for one year it will be passed on too fans for the tickets they have to play. I don't think the NIL was meant to be this way.How is it a should when it never could have happened and never can until there's a players union and they agree to it. Its illegal and completely against american values to limit what you can make off your own likeness. Thats actually more like the bad kind of socialism than free capitalism.
thought BYU was throwing all the $ at himI think Dybantsa goes to Alabama.
Lol I’m glad someone else notices that about Pilgrim’s rambling interview questions.Wilson was impressive to me in that interview with Pilgrim @ KSR. REALLY hoping he goes to BYU . I’m really surprised the Tyson chicken bank isn’t in play here . I thought he promised Cal a blank check ? Weren’t a lot of people considering him a UK lock when Cal was here ?He’s down to UNC, Kansas , BYU, and Alabama . It sounds like it’s between BYU and Alabama . There is some Alabama talk .
He announces tomorrow
I don’t know man , that’s not what their fans think. They are PISSED about North Carolina’s lack of NIL funding.UNC has plenty of available NIL money to throw at Wilson.
They will lose their two highest NIL guys in RJ and Jackson and they don't currently have commitments from anyone who will demand a high NIL payment.
That's why UNC is still alive in the Dybanasta sweepstakes.
You know, I don't like ragging on Pilgrim. He is a fellow UK fan and provides me UK related information and content for free. But boy he's hard to listen to sometimes. I think he's getting better (for my preference anyway), but if he would just slow down and ask more short, open-ended, one subject questions, I think his interviews would really be so much better. Could just be me though, I guess.Lol I’m glad someone else notices that about Pilgrim’s rambling interview questions.
Yeah it’s December what is the word on decision date?Have to like the timing of how we are playing and how UNC is playing with him supposedly going to announce soon.
Yeah he’s really good.Damn this kid looks dominant. Me wants.
I don’t think they can legally put a cap on it.This NIL has gotten way out of hand. Should have been a cap put on it when it first came out. I know a lot will not agree with this but it is running all sports, + letting kids transfer every year. JMO
Yeah and if Hubert keeps up his current trajectory, without Armando Bacot hiding his flaws, Wilson wouldn't have to be bothered by playing in that silly NCAAT at the end of the year too.On the other hand, he would not have competition for minutes in the UNC frontcourt.
I believe you are right, the NCAA really missed this NIL up.I don’t think they can legally put a cap on it.
If a private business wants to pay a player to use their NIL than I'm all for it. I don't care if it makes a player a billionaire. What I have a problem with is schools directly paying players and charging fans to raise the money. That's BS and not at all how most of us thought NIL was going to be.How is it a should when it never could have happened and never can until there's a players union and they agree to it. Its illegal and completely against american values to limit what you can make off your own likeness. Thats actually more like the bad kind of socialism than free capitalism.
Does anyone have the stats to see how efficient he was in getting 32? What was the competition like? I would imagine if he got 16 rebounds he got several put backs improving his efficiency.
