Cal was visiting Baker today

I don't think Cal meets with guys who don't have an offer

maybe I'm wrong

I was wondering about it.It seemed to come out very fast yesterday about Mark Smith's offer.

I'm surprised we still haven't heard anything if he got an offer.Usually it's very public.

Guess Cal wasn't feeling good about him or maybe got a silent verbal from else where and maybe didn't make the trip to visit him

May be down to Smith and Johnson.I think Cameron Johnson would help us more next season because of his experience in a good conference. But I love Mark Smith's size and potential for the future.Hope we snag them both.

People on here are WAY over valuing Smith.

Baker is much better. No way Cal is taking both of them. Whoever chooses first gets it then they would also take Johnson (and Bamba).

There is room for all three, probably.

Monk, Fox, Adebayo, Briscoe, Willis, Hawkins, Mulder, and Humphries gone (most likely).

That leaves Gabriel, Killeya-Jones, Wynyard, and Diallo back.

We add Green, Alexander, Vanderbilt, Washington, and Richards.

That leaves four open spots. Bamba gets one. That leaves three spots for three guys.

If he doesn't plan to take all three, I think it would be whoever signs first between Smith and Baker.

I think Johnson has a separate offer.

I think this signals that Knox is pretty much off the board, though. That or someone else is leaving (Gabriel?).
