Cal says no UK players likely to be on U19 Team USA

This is smart by cal...get players for this year on campus, going to school and doing individual workouts with coaches, while playing pickup games and building chemistry with all of the other uk players. How does this board not know this by now. Cal is a effing genius. He's just building relationships with all the kids that AREN'T committed yet

Have you heard about the roaming gang of rapists that have been terrorizing the UK for many years? The UK is basically just letting them get away with it, apparently out of fear of pushback from Islamic groups. It's an astonishing story that gets no real publicity from our media.

Yes, I had heard those stories. The thing was if you stayed out of certain areas you was OK. Now they are emboldened. It used to be that you stayed out of E. London, now you stay out of London period. I have walked both bridges that had attacks. I have spent many hours walking there and Paris. There are as many or more middle eastern people in those cities as there are European people.

I don't recall UK ever having more than one playing for the U19 team. Around this time those recruits are ready to relax and enjoy the summer freshman thing at college. When I was invited for the U19 coming out of H.S I was ready to give basketball a rest and enjoy freshmen orientation so I can imagine top level guys who played in all the top allstar games being ready for a break

No use on Cal using the already signed players for next year. Better to have a team of kids he is interested for UK for the next couple of years.
No use risking injury for the already signed kids.
Plus it's smart for Diallo to play. Hasn't played competitive games in a while. A good chance to hone his skills.

LOL Cawood, I was getting ready to type something similar to this. If Cal does use this for recruiting (yeah I know, "IF" right? LOL) then he doesn't need his own guys.

They should hold it in Chicago....they only had 49 shootings over the Memorial Day weekend.

Now always, but often where there are shootings, both parties are partly to blame, or someone is knowingly in a neighborhood where they should expect some trouble. Whereas the entire Middle East is that "bad neighborhood" for an American.
