It's brilliant. The crux of talented but young teams is simply getting them reps at the college level. Kentucky loses a lot of early games because we are just so inexeprienced, despite being much more talented. So we can play a team like Villanova, get the experience, but not have the win/loss count? Yes, Please!

Hell, scrimmage everyone for all I care. There is a trajectory factor in play with NBA-talented college teams: At some point, the experience kicks in and they will just be flat out better than everyone else. IQ, Maxey and Richards in college a few years ago? We lose several games. Put them on the team right now and they'd dominate. So the more games/reps we have to help these talented guys get to that mark, the better.
