Cal gettin' his sandbag on...

I don't think I've ever heard of a story where Cal didn't interact well with the fans since he's been here - even opposing fans

Kansas fan to Cal: "You can't mess with KU, though".

Unless it's away from their homecourt, on a neutral floor, in March, and you happen to be a mid-major and an 8 seed or greater.

Then you can mess with KU as much as you want to.

your got damn right! I wish I could like this post 3 times in honor of Kansas's 3 little championships in 120 seasons of basketball.

Kansas has a court that's right up on you and students jumping up and down the length of the court. This is how they and DUKE cheat to win on their home court. They use distraction to try and beat you. Its not always basketball plays. That jumping up and down length of court crap should be outlawed. Only a few teams use it.

I'm glad UK doesn't use that kind of crap to win at RUPP. We win at Rupp because basketball players make plays not because the crowd is jumping in your face chanting bullcrap like Rock chalk lol. /rant off

Is there another big time HOF coach who is this approachable and friendly to anyone, let alone fans of opposing teams. It's why Cal does so well imo. He's who he is regardless of where he is.

We already know that's bull. Kansas may win today on their own home court, or they might not. Either way, no other coach in the country has messed with KU like Calipari has. That's just a historical fact.
Joe B. 12-1 against the Jayhawks so he may have a different opinion.

I think you got a moment of pure honesty there out of cal. I think he believes winning today is a long shot.

Cal definately looks like he had a few with Doc Holliday and Wyatt Earp at the local watering hole.
