Well, Mitch is Cal's boss, so I would expect them to meet at the end of a disappointing season to discuss the future. The bigger news would be if the two *hadn't* met to discuss things, honestly.

If this is true, with all the things that has happened to UK basketball lately, the first thing discussed should be Sharpe.
Barnhart should be demanding answers on why, how this happened and someones needs to repay the Athletic Department for this kids training.
Second on the agenda should be about UK Basketball and what it stands for; not some frick-ing NBA training camp.
Third on the agenda should be how to flush that damn life time contract down the toilet and start over.

There should def be some answers on the Sharpe situation. The number one question should be did Cal know the kid was NBA eligible when he came here.
Not at all. Cal runs the BB program. Mitch runs everything else. In theory you are correct. The only people Cal answers to are the President and the big money boosters
True or not, whenever the time comes to search for a new coach, Barnhart should not be involved in the process one iota

My sources are telling me that it’s quite possible that a meeting could likely take place. And that it might be some time soon. I’ll keep you all updated as more news pours in from my trusted sources.
I'm sure Mitch heard that LA canned Vogel, so he rushed out to restructure Cal's contract. Calling Cal in to make sure the raise, extension of the life-time contract, and same for Brad will suffice in keeping him in Lexington...
Heard their meeting at Columbia Steak House the oldest restaurant in Lexington. CALs contract might be renegotiated from lifetime to eternal.

Seasons been over for a month. It’s a little late for a heart to heart. Cals already started on next season at least that’s what it seems. Imo it’s probably a meeting to discuss how to deal with BbN in regards to sharpe leaving.
