Bully

Twenty pounds on that Bully belly could be worth 25/50K per pound, if he drops them before combines and tryouts.

Just thinking out loud . . . .
I agree with you but I think with his athleticism teams will over look it. I think he compares favorably with Vita Vea from the Bucs, they even wear the same number.

For his position he may need that extra weight to be an anchor. Get down to 320 and he would have several o linemen that would be his equal.

Don’t get me wrong: I love BullyBall McCall, but I want him going high in the draft.

If he can show stamina and strength at 350ish, all the better!!

He seemed to thrive against good competition in the Citrus Bowl!!

Either you double McCall or lose your Quarterback!

Watch the coach who is standing in at the QB spot, obviously he is not to be hit.

Still, he instinctively flinches with that mass of humanity coming his way!!

Hell, so did I, when they reversed angled the shot!!

The player Bully abuses, above, is Alec Lindstrom of Boston College. Here’s an interesting piece on his draft status:

“Statistically, Lindstrom had numbers put him near the top of his position this past season. He finished with the No. 3 pass blocking grade in the country at center (84.6) according to Pro Football Focus and allowed just one sack and two quarterback hits in 2021. He is rated the No. 5 center for the 2022 NFL Draft by ESPN's Todd McShay, which most likely puts him as a day two or day three draft pack.”

When it comes to interior line play, gut is good!!!

Bully looking like a sure pick somewhere. Wan'dale & Kinnard, hopefully in top 2 rounds, make 3. Then hopefully Dare & Fourtner somewhere. Really hope we get 5 guys at least drafted. Consistently getting multiple picks, not just 1 or 2, is the very best recruiting asset for us now that UK is a winning program.

Next man up!

Justin Rogers!!
Or Hayes. Hope we hear about this battle in spring. Last year, we heard how Marquan was serious and had ramped up his game as a leader. I am hoping we hear that Hayes and Rogers have likewise grabbed the mantle and are taking leaps forward. We talk about the BBW, but we are developing a reputation as having NGs that are hard to handle. We have been spoiled with Q and Bully. Hopefully we are raving next year about Hayes and/or Rogers.

I am hoping Corker gets picked, as well.

Look...Bully is a better NG than Bohanna for spurts. He just didn't have the conditioning and he got hurt. But his disruptiveness during a game has been eye opening for last 3 years.

His play for Iowa top 15 pick Center was impressive. Now what he'll show in these post season bowls is only going to be more impressive. He'll get drafted. 2/3 of NFL runs a 3-4 Defense...and you have to have those insane dudes that stop up the middle of LOS....Bully is just that.

Robinson
Bully
Kinnard
Corker (one of the rare cases where he probably hurt his draft stock by coming back)
Paschal
Rosenthal
Maybe DRob probably UDFA
Fortner same as above

I think we get 6 drafted out of this class.

Paschal deserves to be drafted after all he has gone through & still turned in a dominant Sr season. Afraid the NFL types will be too scared about his health history.

Bully has explosion you just don't see in a man that size. Q was great at what he did but bully is just another level. He's the kind of guy bama or Georgia always have. Thankfully he finally got serious about football his senior year and it showed.

He can and should be a really good NFL player

We are likely to see our prior two year mark for draftees in two drafts smashed.

And I don’t known what that record is.

Between ‘20 and ‘21, we had 8. You will find in the late ‘40s and early ‘50s a lot of picks, but there were twice as many rounds, but less NFL teams. Between ‘87 and ‘94, we saw a lot of draftees, but, again, more rounds. In this era, I would say 8 is probably the record. But we had like 14 between ‘50 and ‘51.
