Prayers for him. He finally found a spot where he can cook at. I just say a tweet saying he was shrieking In pain and was unable to put any weight on it. But ACL injuries are weird because ones like that end up being just sprains and the ones they can walk off on their own power are tears

It did not look good... had shades of D.A. going through my mind. Hope it turns out to be a bad sprain. Wish he had stayed, but I was glad he was finding success.
Hope Bryce is alright. TBH the ACL tear doesn't hurt...speaking from experience. The meniscus is what hurt for me. The immediate pain wasn't that severe. It was more like, "oh sh*t something isn't right.". But Bryce screaming could also be fear and frustration....totally understandable for a kid with a future in basketball.

While I hate injuries for any player (except any player wearing DUKE, they could all have ACL tears as far as I'm concerned), I'm always curious as to why some UK fans keep tabs on players that bolted on Kentucky for another school. I never look up any player that transferred out of UK. To me, they are of no interest once they've bailed on our program.
To be fair, he bolted because he wasn't being treated fair by Calipari.
I truly hate to see that.

I don't agree with this. Maybe he felt he wasn't being treated fairly, but is that really a reason to run off? Maybe that's just how kids are these days - my generation figured out a way to fight through difficult situations, not run from them.
I agree that kids should tough it out but I also believe Cal will recruit over players too. I also know that Cal somehow forgot to get him minutes after his breakout game.
Cal may have suggested he leave, coaches often do that.
Don't think he was treated unfairly at all. He just wasn't going to get the minutes he wanted so he went down a tier so he could star.
It's just a choice he made.

The system tells kids it’s not their fault for anything. You don’t play, instead of working hard, transfer to a school where you can play. These kids will be in for a surprise in the working world.
