Elite Kentucky signee Bam Adebayo showing more face-up game than I've seen in the past. Looking to take guys off the dribble, hit a jumper

might as well put the jump shot away he will strictly be a back to the basket player here, glad to see he's expanding his game though.

As he should be. He's going to be so much bigger an stronger than pretty much any player he faces in college, so there's absolutely no reason for him to be shooting much less efficient 10-15 foot jump shots, instead of pounding guys down low.

KAT came to UK with a great face up game and jump shot as well, but wasn't considered the best big man and projected as the 3-5 pick in the draft. Once he got here and worked with Cal and Payne he become a dominant force down low, was the best big man in the country by year's end and the clear cut #1 pick in the draft.

I know we say this a lot here, but I wouldn't be surprised if next year's class is way better than this one. They look like they will be very fun to watch.

I agree as it relates to Bam and KAT, they both have the bodies and strength to be monsters down low and finish through contact. Skal doesn't and it doesn't make sense to primarily use him like that.

I agree Bam is that type of player, but not skal and I think that's why he's struggling so much

Ya but we have a coach who is trying to force him to be that player. Don't ask me why.
