They really are. I’m reading their forum now. Some are really starting to understand. They are like are we gonna bring up how Kentucky fans told us this would happen when his injury was announced or nah? He wants to protect his draft status.

We all knew it would happen eventually, but I didn’t think it would take half a season lol.
They only have 9 roster players, right? Can't even run a full scrimmage at practice.
I saw someone else say this too, but just you watch. They will get better. They will still suck but they are about to play their best ball. Nelly Davis was a volume scorer last year and this year he can’t even get off the snide. Cal will be forced to roll with him now. He will get more rope and more mins. I predict he will finish the season averaging what fland was if not better
Looking back, I guess we can be thankful Sharpe was pre-NIL or he not only would have taken a free scholarship with all the extras, but sat on the bench while raking in half a mil or more probably. Rick Barnes may have told him "To get in there and do what you're getting paid to do", but I don't think Cal would have.
Said it before, I’ll say it again, I’m so glad we missed out on the “Boogie Fland Experience”!! I would not have been able to sit through that.
One more guard goes down and their last practice is in the rear view. This could become a truly record breaking flustercuck.
I agree this will be the thing that gets Nelly going, and what a shame it’s been to see his talent wasted. But this leaves Arkansas with just 8 players, including Knox and Richmond who contribute very little and are redundant pieces. Including Ivisic who Cal has also broken. DJ Wagner is the same player he was last season. Trevon Brazile has never been the same after his knee injury. Jonas Aidoo is the kind of real tough guy you need on your roster, but he’s not particularly skilled or talented. They had no shooting as it was and just lost their best shooter.
Arkansas is completely and totally cooked. 3-15 SEC record is best case scenario.
I’m really going to enjoy the completely unbalanced load management phase of the collapse.
Hate for the kid if he’s that hurt but I’m surprised the infamous “walking boot” has yet to appear in the pig pin. Wait until players are out but yet jump around during the game like it’s a rock concert.
I don't think we had a collective yet but he was driving around in a new Porsche and had a shoe deal at least. He had the most expensive pre game dunks in basketball history.
The game tomorrow will be a must watch. At least they will get the injury boost games out of the way and could totally crater before our game.

Without Arkansas we’d still have Cal. So to them I say “thank you!”.
I predict the hogs will be better as they will play looser with less pressure.
Didn't work for UK during the 20-21 season.
That team had as much or more talent than this Ark team.
IDK, I think they become much easier to guard. Boogie at least stretched the floor, Davis can't do that and now, if I'm right, they have 2 total ball handlers (plus Brazile, but that's another subject).
I think they are going to get worse. Davis is lost in this whatever streetball system Cal is running.
Man, if I was a recruit, I would run far and run fast from that dumpster fire.
Kinda suspicious it took several LOSING games to decide he can't play. Not only does it protect Fland's draft status but it's a crutch for Cal to blame for a terrible season. Even with Fland he knew he was going to have a losing conference record and miss the tourney. I think if they were winning he would at best miss a few games.

That's a bold prediction. They are down a huge play maker, and are now very thin. Not to mention it's a PG position. You dont replace something like that. I don't see how they win more than 2 or 3 remaining SEC games.
Fland averaging 15.1 a game. Massive blow to a team averaging 64ppg in their conference games thus far.
I equate this loss with the '13 team losing Noel.
They became a team that couldn't make the tournament and couldn't beat Robert Morris.
Fland has 20 pts and 7 ast. in Arkansas best win of the year over Mich.
Only player on their team who could take over a game.
According to their media guys, in particular, John Nabors, from Locked on Arkansas, we only told them about Cal losing to mid majors in the tournament, we never said it would be this bad. We didn't know tge SEC was going to be this great, so how would we prefict this?
Well, John, do your own homework. The guy lost 10 games with 2 lottery picks coming off the bench last year, he hasn't sniffed a FF since 2015, his offense is outdated by about 30 years, he was at war with the fans and administration, he's lost far too many games against mid majors, a lot of them at home and the guy is clearly washed. He was never a good bench coach to begin with.
And why the hell would you go after a coach thats at the very tail end of his career anyway?

exactly , we told them this was coming , we saw it for 5-6 years in a row . The pattern is clear and obvious .

This is a very legitimate possibility. Davis was sentenced to basically standing in the corner while the cal guys did what they do. Now cal will have to let Davis do what hes actually good at.
Wouldn't be the first time an injury forced cal to play guys in a way that was actually better for winning college games. Hell last year he did it two different times with the bigs being out then wagner being out.
