Blue Not Getting in?

6 hours from Louisville. Sorry, I assumed everyone was driving from my house.
I am.

I’ve screamed it before and will continue to scream it. Stop with the stupid SECT takeover and go to the NCAAT!

The boner BBN has for the SECT is dumb as hell.

I don’t agree with you on most topics, but am in full agreement here.

I get it’s a BBN tradition. But the SECT doesn’t mean jack. If we’re trying to create a crazy home court like advantage, do it in the win or go home until next season tournament.

It should be mostly Illinois fans. It's less than four hours from Champaign to Milwaukee. I know several Illini basketball fans. That are much more of a basketball school than most people realize.

I believe it, and am not surprised. I suspect a lot of folks are waiting to go to Indy next weekend. Illinois has a pretty rabid fan base and Chicago is less than 90 minutes from Chicago (which is where, obviously, a ton of Illini fans/grads live). I think there’ll be a ton of orange and blue. Really hoping that either Xavier beats Illinois or that Illinois continues its Jekyll and Hyde stuff……
Chicago is waaaay less than 90 minutes from Chicago. LOL.

Just bustin’ yer chops.

I’ll actually be up in Fond du Lac Wisconsin next Tuesday for work. I’ve made that drive from Chicago to Milwaukee many times though. Wish o coulda made it to the games but it wasn’t in the cards for me.

Bud we’ve won two ost season games in five years. We’re banged up. The worry is not excessive but it’s a bit warranted.
See that’s where we’re different for me. It’s a completely clean slate.. I refuse to let cow. Give me PTSD seriously everything from now on the next year or two is gravy and this year has been a great ride and I think it still will be.

Fans might be holding out to see if we make it to Indy next weekend. If we get that far I would expect Indy to be flooded with blue.

Milwaukee is not close. It's not across the country, but it's not the next state over either. It's a long ass way to drive to plop down 400 dollars down for nose bleed seats. Iowa State and Illinois fans want to see game as well.

Not shocked. I'm sure there will still be enough to start a Go Big Blue chant

We need to start winning and make it past the first weekend. In the past, fans were saving money for the second weekend. I think we get the monkey off our back this time and we are playing next weekend.

I think these three things are driving the low turnout. Milwaukee is certainly not close, at least not by any reasonable measure.

Also I think confidence is down some knowing we're a weird fall or bump away from a line up that got beat by 29.

If we win two, we are actually close in indy and it will probably be plenty blue.

The prices for this round on the secondary market were outrageous. Even I could entertain the 6 hour drive from Louisville and the hotel cost, the lowest cost was 400-500 dollars. That’s triple what I paid in 2015
Right when tickets released I found upper level sweet 16 tickets in Indy for our game for 150, a couple levels down for 200-250. Still decent seats. It was at the bottom of the upper ring. So right above the end of the lower level. We almost bought them because I could probably sell the, easy if we didn’t make it.

Aww man. Talks With You might be my favorite show ever. Can't believe they cancelled it, I was legitimately heartbroken for a couple weeks. The humor was fresh but the kindness and humanity kept me coming back.
The episode where he discovers Baba O'Riley might be the funniest 11 minutes of anything I've ever seen in my life.

From what I am seeing all the fans of lower seeded teams are supporting each other against the higher seeds. We will most likely get a road environment wherever we are. Plus, there seems to be a lot of animosity being directed at SEC teams, likely because of the recorded breaking number the conference got in. Casual or neutral fans will always cheer against the favorite. It is what it is.
One win in the NCAA-T is my goal for this team. That may sound low but, with all the changes, injuries and other challenges this team has seen, I'd be happy with that...THIS YEAR.

It has been a great ride. Our team had so many monster wins. Pope brought happiness back and this team is the most Kentucky feeling group in a long time. I love everyone of these players. I don’t want it to end. They deserve a long run.

Even if we lose I won’t put it on them totally, more so bad luck this year. We did what we needed and gained games on Kansas. Pope has a tourney win now and the Calipari monkey is off our backs. If we get the round of 32 win it will fully exercise the last 5 years.
