Am a big Blake McClain fan. He came out of nowhere to play a lot and really well as a freshman, then followed it up with excellent sophomore season as well. Always seems to be in right spot, sure tackler, and shows really good ball skills when the ball is in the air. Flexible in different positions he can play also.
I was at the open Spring practice when they were scrimmaging some. Blake was like coach on the field. They were running Rudolph at CB some, Blake was chattering away pre-snap, with advice, instruction to Kendall and others. Very impressed with his knowledge of the game. He is one of the players, that when ever he hangs up the cleats, you could having good potential as a coach.
