Bigger picture NC throwing money around in football has a trickle down effect. Talent will continue to shift around. The ACC needs NC to become a player in football. Miami, FSU, Clemson, and North Carolina all making a big investment. If Virginia ever got serious I am sure they would have the donors to make it happen.

One thing that will be curious to watch will be how his complex schemes are handled by college kids with an hourly limit on practice.

Thats going to be a huge limitation to all the individual game planning that makes him so good.

I listened to some of the press conference. NIL war chest is 4x what it was, just for bringing in bellichek. This is why you bring in someone new the doaners will get behind.

He has already done that … Former NFL General Manager Mike Lombardi who worked with Belichick in Cleveland and New England has already taken that role

I honestly don't think bb succeeds because his game schemes are too detailed for college and its practice limitations.

That said, i think his overall approach will become the standard. This is professional sports now, so each program needs ran as such.

I am so jealous of UNC. I had cocerns about his recruiting, but not now. With a 20 mil NIL snd a GM to handle that, I think he will kill it there.
