Missouri has a culture of winning. Doesn't mean they always win. Means they generally overachieve. They believe they can win, always.

Kentucky's had a culture of losing. Stoops is trying to change that. There's evidence it's changing.

How much it has changed will determine how UK has bounced back, how it bounces back from adversity in the game, and how the game plays out. Because Kentucky has home field and the talent.
