They always say schedule OOC teams to help come March. Most of the times these games are in November. You can't tell me it's fresh on minds of
Committee basing seedlings. If we can continue this going forward it could help ( or hurt) a conference overall but it gives you a better idea where you stand 6 weeks out

Big12 is overrated as usual, and the SEC is underrated (slightly atleast). But part of that is on the preseason rankings. If you start in the top25 you are given such a benefit of the doubt it almost is a 2 or 3 seed difference in the tournament.
Really needs to be fixed. If you're the 21st team and you open the first week with a loss or two, that ranking should be completely reevaluated.

Which is why football doesn't have rankings until a few weeks into the season

this is why having good guards means so much. i'm watching ou and lsu (maybe too big) can't handle him off the dribble at all. he's forced some things has been his mistake. but they can win with him in this game. because i look at them and swear a&m looks like a better team, but they don't have a guard like hield.
really enjoying this - fantastic game. Only reason I don't want OT is because our game is in 10 minutes, LOL
