Best games on tv tonight. Sure would be nice to see Miami knock off Clemson

I was literally just looking at the guide at games tonight and say Miami vs Clemson, let’s go ‘canes

I like that Miami coach; seems like a nice man but looks too much like that jackass Boeheim.

Indiana is getting wrecked by a little Japanese dude. Yacking 3’s in their grills. Nebraska is like 2 for their last 14, but has somehow extended their lead. Indiana got a tech, and fouled on 2 different 3 point shots.

Huge one tonight for us- need Miami to win this one, and do so convincingly if possible- they would see a big jump in the NET if they can do that.
"Ask and your shall receive" Miami really looked good tonight and without one of their best players out.

Honestly, it was pretty surprising to me how the whole country just wrote off Miami.

They lost to us (a legit title contender) in a true road game, and laid an egg against a decent P5 opponent and probable tournament team in Colorado, but besides that, have looked very solid this season IMO.

Hopefully this win puts them back in the spotlight a bit- as I said earlier, I fully expect Miami to be a Q1 win come Selection Sunday.

Yeah, it's unfortunate. Part of that is just a general distaste and lack of respect people have for Kentucky. Since they lost to UK, they must not be good. And, as you say, that loss to Colorado was bad, and that's undeniable. But they've also had some decent wins and now a win over a top 20 team.

My opinion: style of play has much to do with the success of Miami, probably more than other teams. It's a function of their own style. If they are playing a team that plays half court and a more slow pace, they could beat just about anyone at that style. If they're playing a team like UK that likes to run and play 5-out, it will be a struggle for them. If they can get an early lead and control tempo from ahead, they're tough. They're definitely a top 25 team. Not a top 10 or 15, but they're a good team.

Miami jumped up 13 spots in the NET with that win. They up to #40, just 10 more spots to go to be a quad 1 win. Definitely doable. (Somehow we dropped 2 spots to 24 lol)
