If he continues to play well let's see who shows up to post.
Many very good fans were very critical and should have been. But they will be here celebrating.
But some people are just asses and wont show their faces.
I dogged him last week, not gonna lie. He looked awful, but he looks solid tonight. I said I would love to see Barker if Towles has another dud game, so far he hasn't.
Finally, Towles is acting like a mature QB. We've been waiting a LONG time for this....
Now, lets see if it continues into the 2nd half.
He has better stats than Joe Montana did in college. He had a great senior year to bring his career totals to 25 TD and 25 INT's, he had many more INT'S than TD'S hos first 3 years. I don't think we would be happy with those stats.
He's playing a solid game as of now. Coaching staff still doesn't completely trust him, imo. He's using his legs, and as I stated in another post, he should have been doing it from the start of the season; to me that's on the staff
He needs to keep utilizing his best asset, his speed and size. Keep the defense close and use your arm strength to open it up. Maintain some consistency on your routine throws. I hope they continue this and keep it simple for him.
Well, PT looks lost in the 2nd half. Even when he's had time, he is not finding the secondary receiver. If the first option is covered, he throws it anyway. Not a QB with vision.obviously sarcasm! GO Cats!!!
What happened to over the middle to Conrad?
