Looked earlier and it will be 30ish at first pitch. Which is actually warmer than it is now. Still, not going to be fun to sit through that one.

My understanding is there was a situation last weekend that was very much not part of the culture of the program and the coaches had a decision to make whether they were going to uphold the standard or look the other way. All parties agreed to move on.

I was at the Mississippi State game a couple years ago in Lexington. I think that’s the coldest game I’ve been to and I don’t think it got out of 20’s.

Personally, I think it would be nice to move baseball season up a month and start mid-March. Basketball would be winding down and baseball would get a lot more coverage.
