Wasn't that the era of 48 teams in the tournament? How many teams were allowed from a conference at that time? I believe the NIT had a bit more nostalgia to it as well.

If it were 32 teams today, how many would Cal have missed?
It rarely gets over 80 degrees here. I think it’s been over 80 maybe twice this year. The air sucks right now from whatever smoke, chemical is in the air but yeah it’s nice normally. There’s not a lot of crops grown here or at least from what I’ve saw but I have a small garden with tomatoes and cucumbers that’s coming along nicely.. lol

Wife and I are close to 50 as well. We don’t live in a mansion, it’s just us and the animals. We don’t have kids. But my wife was in a terrible car accident in 2019 and we bought a place with cash when she got her settlement from the wreck.
Have you tried getting a First time home owner loan? I know they have way different requirements than a normal home loan.
I'll look into that. Because I've been paying on chapter 13 for almost five years my credit score is only 583 or so. I'm unable to get a credit card to help things.
I think the first time home owner loan only requires a 500 credit score as long as you have decent income.
Download the credit karma app, it’s free and will recommend credit card’s depending on your score. There’s definitely cards out there you can qualify for.
Also, research different ways to get your score up. Most loan places only require a 620 FICO score and then you would have more options this way.
