Black was one of their leading returnees this year, and the #8 WR out of high school in 2012. His 2nd choice was FSU.

Can Stoops grab interest in this kid, who looks like he has one year of eligibility remaining? He only caught 2 passes this year, and sounds like his transfer is immediate.
