Bama opens EVEN at Rupp

I know everyone talks about our injuries but most of our So-Called Fans on here at Rupp Rafters was saying when Poythress went out he was too inconsistent. They were saying one game good and next game no show. If you look at last five games we are 4-1 and the one defeat in OT at TexasA&M since Poythress left our lineup. We have won our Four games by an average of 24 points per game. I do agree it hurts without Willis but we did extremely well Saturday Night with the loss in OT on the Road to who most of the Media has said is best team in SEC TA&M. Willis was only in the game 18 minutes and was 1-4 with 3 points and 1 rebound. We just need Humphries to step up big again and this time no cheap fouling which he only had 4 fouls at TA&M and the Technical was his 5th. Humphries did have 6 points and 12 rebounds in 18 minutes. If we can get 25-30 minutes out of Humphries he could hit a Double/Double after seeing what he did at TA&M. Just need Ulis and Murray to stay hot and Briscoe was 5-12 shooting and hit 3-pointer with 11 points. Briscoe is so much better Shooter when he shoots from midrange 12-15 ft shots and Briscoe had a good shooting game at Bama going 6-10 for 12 points and all shots were midrange jumpers. Willis in that game at Bama played only 17 minutes didn't take a shot and 2 rebounds. We just need Ulis, Murray, and Briscoe with good games and Lee to get his 10-12 points and have a Double/Double and Humphries to perform like Saturday night.
I agree we can get more from Humphries and can win but there's a large hole in your argument. Alex had 25 points and 7 rebounds in Tuscaloosa. Lee added 8 points and 11 boards. So maybe the spread is a little high if AP doesn't play and our bigs can't dominate.

Yeah, did anyone really think a pk line would be possible? Lolololol.

It opened at 13.5, and it's still at 13.5.

By the way, also be cautious using the "open" line on Vegas Insider. That thing is often way off. If you want the most accurate lines, and shows line movements, use this:

I have heard of refs "swallowing their whistle" in the last moments of a game, but geesh. He almost crams the whole thing in to call that technical.

Poythress dominated Bama on the road with 25 and 7. He had his way in the 1st half and if I remember right he had the first 15-18 points in that game. I believe it was him and Murray in the first 15 minutes of the 1st half. Both him and Lee did well in the Bama game and that is what Coach Cal is probably thinking about tonight.

Ironically if we win tonight we may go from 5 top 50 wins to 4......Alabama is 48 in PRI and might fall out of the top 50 with a loss today. That loss they had vs Miss State at home hurt.
