Wow, as a Lafayette grad I love to see this. Seems like after I left they started getting better D1 talent. Hope Stoops can hang on to him!

Guys, UK's staff is putting together one hell of a 2016 class. I hate to be the guy thats pumping sunshine, but UK has NEVER pulled in this much talent on one team as they're going to have. UK has had pretty good starters in the past (ie 1998,2002,2008) but the Cats have always lacked the depth to get over the hump. I think Stoops, Marrow, and the boys are building SEC quality depth and if Florida can suck for a few more years, I think UK has a legitimate shot at making something happen in the East. UThug is amassing a crap ton of talent, but they'll all get arrested or flunk out before they can do anything special.

When Stoops finally breaks through, Mitch needs to make sure we hang on to him at all costs. We may not get another opportunity to get this kind of staff ever again.

BUT, since he is a hometown boy (man) that committed very early I think we have an excellent chance of keeping him and, believe it or not, it should make our class look just a little bit better (and maybe increse his rating/ranking) so UK looks more attractive to other outstanding recruits AND commits.

That is the way it sometimes works. When the coaches tell Kendall they are getting some good help for him up front (AND at the other positions) he might be more inclined to believe. them. Good ammo for Drake also, some of the other good OL recruits we are in on might like the idea of working with other good OL, sounds like we already have two very good ones in the fold.
