At first you'll remember that a lot of the talk was about Notre Dame. No denying he liked them. May still like them just as much -- can't speak to that. Doubt he'd shed a lot of telling light on it.
Well, I spoke with a source that has knowledge of Notre Dame's end of things today and they told me that the Irish actually like Ajian as a receiver and not a defensive back. I don't yet know what Ajian's preference is or whether he has a heavy preference, but I also got the impression (not explicitly stated by the source) that Notre Dame was not putting the full court press on him. They do like him and he has a verbal offer, but I just don't think he's a "hurry up and seal the deal" guy for them, even if they like him. Could bode well for UK and would seem to mesh well with our recent report that he may be becoming much more interested in Kentucky. Remember, he's tight with Tobias Gilliam, Mac Jones, James Hudson and Mike Warren, and spent a lot of time with all of them at the UK-Florida game.
