The main reason for the recent improved play of Arkansas is Cal's desperation to win forced him to play Z even though he doesn't like him. Some on this board accepted Cal's fake assessment of Z which is he wasn't capable of playing. The kid can play even with Cal's head games.
Arkansas is 3-6 in conference play. Dykes is talking about them like he has confused them with Duke.
There is no way that I want Alabama to lose.
Arkansas is so much better without Fland and now Cal is forced to play Big Z, which we all begged for last year smh.
Yes Cal forced to go against his normal pattern of picking one player who he refuses to play. He had several at UK.
And the emergence of Davis, which had to play in Boogies shadow. Cal is so stupid
idk. on one hand, bama had 33 points with 6 min to go, and then ark started turning them over. it looked like they started imposing their defensive will. on the other hand, cal has not adjusted to the way teams score now. it was like that here the last two years. we had good offensive players and he finally let them loose, but would give up 80 a game regularly. he never knew how to keep other teams down like he used to.
it’s the same this year. bama is still on pace for 80. we scored 79 on them. if that is the new mark for his team they will struggle to win anymore. they are not built for it. cal has always tried to keep opponents in the 60’s or even lower. me thinks those days are gone forever. it’s now down to whether or not they can score enough even if they can keep someone to below 80.
No way Arkansas loses this game. They've got Cal, Chin, Kenny, Bruiser and Brad the boy genius. I mean how can Bama even stand a chance.

Arkansas fouling is for real too.
We left them wide open at the 3. It was like shooting practice with no one guarding you. Hopefully, that will never happen again should we play them in SEC Tournament.
It’s maddening this team beat us. I’m not sure there’s another word to describe it. We beat them 9/10 times on any court.

They are the only two players I would take from that team.
He is supposed to be good, but he hasn't done anything at Arkansas. I realize it might be Cal's fault.
Wouldn't mind playing them in the SEC Tournament again with a healthy roster (with Kerr likely out for the year but everyone else).
I am good with not playing them again until next season. It would be too much of an emotional game to be of a real benefit. The hangover from that loss lingered into the first half of the Ole Miss game which is the reason we lost. We don't need that again going into the tourney.
