I don’t think they are a fraud, they are a good team, just in a slump right now. I wouldn’t want them as my 8 seed or whatever they get depending on conference record/losses.

The fact that you think they'll be an 8 seed means they were a fraud. Those dudes were ranked 7th in country last week.
Losses to Bryant, FGCU, and now Charlotte.
One good win to their name.
Any other team (not riding on last year's coattails)- their resume right now is a bubble team resume. Give this resume to Vanderbilt, and they are a bubble team.
So yes, them being ranked #7 in the country was them being a fraud.
They should drop out of the Top 25 after this one- to go from ranked #7 to being unranked in a span of 8 days HAS to be a record.
I guess it depends on your definition of fraud. I still think they're a top 25 team. The comment I was originally replying to was arguing that Arizona was a fraud in part because they lost to FAU. I don't think a loss to FAU is a bad loss at all. FAU isn't elite, but they're still a pretty good team.
Idk man, if Kentucky had losses right now to Bryant, FGCU and Charlotte, would you (or anyone) be saying we are a "pretty good team"?
Why is FAU graded on a different curve than everyone else?
If Florida is not a top 25 team no way in hades FAU is.
FAU is a decent team that isn’t that good unless everything goes their way when playing a legitimate team.
I’m sure they will rack up wins in their tough conference tho.
