Are 2 1/2 hr games the norm now???

With the SEC being so physical this year and the ref's being so bad and calling everything and checking the monitor constantly, then I would say that 2 1/2 hours will be the norm.

Refs don't have to make bad calls to hurt us. They just need to make a lot of them. We are a run and gun team. If you keep blowing that whistle, we can't flow. Also, with limited whistles, we will win a few games by running the legs off of our opponents. Like we did against Duke. Hard to tire a team when the refs give up lots of breathers.

My goodness, I know there’s some physical play but these guys are killing all the flow of the game being whistle happy.

The game would flow better if the refs would be more whistle happy at the onset to show brutish teams like aTm that the college football playoffs are not on the hardwood.

If half of the aTm team was on the bench w/3 fouls 10 minutes into the game, I bet the flow would improve as well as the game shorten.

Are we a run and gun team? Our defense and rebounding, although improved lately, doesn’t seem to create a lot of fast break opportunities. This team excels in the half court which is a major change of pace from Cal.
