Same for me. I am going with the non K Fund seat. I paid the deposit and expected them to call this week about which section I wanted but no call yet.I'm considering it, now that I finally don't have to work weekends. I'll buy the cheapest if I do it because I don't care where I sit (and I can't afford anything else)
My brother has two on the 32 yard line, upstairs, South (Alumni Road) side, 20 rows up, Section 225, for no extra donation. Damn good view. Frankly, they are the best view I’ve ever experienced in the stadium.I'm considering it, now that I finally don't have to work weekends. 😎😎😎😎😎35+ years ...skipped the year when JP got fired. As soon as MS was hired I reuped with better seats than I had.I have decided to do season tickets next year for the first time. Any other newbies out there?
Agree. Our seats for the last 10 seasons or so, of 40, were about 5-10 rows just lower than those. My brother has two on the 32 yard line, upstairs, South (Alumni Road) side, 20 rows up, Section 225, for no extra donation. I'm in Section 225 row 21 on the aisle (well 2 in from it) next to Section 226 I'm looking squarely at the 40 yard line.My brother has two on the 32 yard line, upstairs, South (Alumni Road) side, 20 rows up, Section 225, for no extra donation. Just checked and they are $650.00 for two. Only cheaper tics are in upper corners at $550.00 for two.
Damn. We’re close.I'm in Section 225 row 21 on the aisle (well 2 in from it) next to Section 226 I'm looking squarely at the 40 yard line.
Or you can just come by the tailgate and get your fill so you don't have to spend money at the concession stands on food your gonna ultimately spill on me.Damn. We’re close.
I think I spilled popcorn on you getting to my seats.
Someday, I hope to spill beer on you, and mustard from my BRATWURST!!!!
Youth sports and college football games don't go great together. The not knowing game times until 12 days before the game is going to make you madder than you think it will.My youngest has really gotten into football so that is why I got them. The biggest problem is the first few games will be right in the middle of her golf season and every Saturday is a tournament somewhere. 🤦♂️
Supposedly, the new TV deal(s) will allow us to know kickoff times weeks ahead of time.Youth sports and college football games don't go great together. The not knowing game times until 12 days before the game is going to make you madder than you think it will.
I hadn't heard that. It would be nice. That always annoyed the hell out of me. I understand why they do it and it's probably great for those that don't go to games.Supposedly, the new TV deal(s) will allow us to know kickoff times weeks ahead of time.
Please explain. TIFSupposedly, the new TV deal(s) will allow us to know kickoff times weeks ahead of time.
The new deal is supposed to allow schools and the networks involved to schedule most televised games weeks ahead of time, instead of the hodge-podge hierarchy curently in place where CBS makes a selection 10-12 days ahead of time, and that then affects all the ESPN family selections that follow below the CBS deal. Please explain. I’d be surprised if you were called before the deadline for current season ticket holders to renew. Unless you want in the club seats you shouldn’t have a problem getting close to where you want to be.Same for me. I am going with the non K Fund seat.
