Everyone but the Cal nut huggers.
For about four years now. Our players played like shit tonight and Cal did absolutely nothing to help them. It was an all systems failure. That is also on Cal. I just want him to leave so we can start over.
Been sick of it since St. Peters. I am a forgiving person and have been begging Cal to win me back over, but it just isn't going to happen. We need a fresh start. I don't even care if we turn into UofL for a season. He just needs to go.

Then we are slacking off defensively with our guards to keep 1 decent big and a couple of other bums from getting points? What tf are we doing. Why TF are you playing 2 big men if you aren't going to make their guards take the ball to the basket by running them off the 3.

I thought not even Cal could mess this one up, I might have underestimated him.
Logically two years ago, but if he bombs at the end of this season there should be a full scale fan revolt. When you look around the country you see other coaches doing so much more with so much less. It is inexcusable for UK to be beaten like this on the regular.

What I'm more tired of at the moment: freshman/1AD in this era of basketball.
1st half of Cal's tenure: Wall/AD/Cousins/Bledsoe/Murray/Booker/KAT/WCS/Knight/T.Jones/Fox/Monk/Bam/SGA
2nd half: Hagans/Cason/Sharpe/BJ/DJ/Edwards/Bradshaw/Ty/Like 20 different forwards.
While the 1st grouping might have been a tick higher on the recruiting charts.. it's not that big of a difference in ranking to have such a vast disparity between the groups. And we can say that's Cal's coaching, but guess what.. that 2nd group aint doing shit in the NBA, either (Sans Sharpe, and a few others like Maxey and Herro). The overall talent of Cal's 2nd half recruiting classes, particularly in the top10, has been just awful. Heck, I'm not even sure the rest of the top10 recruits these last few years are all that great.
I don't know if it's just how soft the younger generations have gotten (Wall and Bledsoe would eat some of the players on the 2nd unit above).. or maybe its the transfer portal giving teams more 4th, 5th, and 6th year guys that helps bridge the talent/experience gap.
But I've about had it with trying to make freshman work.

That’s on the coach dude. Were Pitino’s teams “never invested” ?? They were NEVER “never invested”. Why? Because he ran them till they puked, cussed them like a sailor and benched them when they gave anything less than 100% effort, ESPECIALLY on defense.

Sad thing is, those type of players at the age of 18 are just harder and harder to find.
You're just not going to make a top25 player do something he doesn't want to do, in this era of basketball. Which kind of plays into my point: The 1AD thing just isn't worth all the hassle, of hoping you find that great player for just one season.
Actually, looking at the top15 from the recent classes (2018 to recent).. just not a whole lot of NBA talent, other than a very few stars like Ant-Man, and several other highly ranked recruits who have been disappointments in the NBA to various degrees (Kuminga to Barrett to Jalen Green to Emoni)
Calipari far too often is content to let the other team dictate tempo. Far too many teams have been content to play uptempo with UK. USC wasnt going to do that and UK did not try to dictate. Didn’t the reporter say UK was going to pressure coming out of halftime? I didnt see it but I did quit watching.
This team has talent, but needs to be coached. Unfortunately we don't have the talent at the head coaching position to be successful.
I thought our depth would wear them down in the second half, but not when you let the less talented team dictate the tempo. I'm having a hard time recalling even one successful fast break.

I'm used to it by now, I'm actually numb to it. Sad truth is that South Carolina has been to a FF more recently than UK.
He even got out coached by Self in 2012 but AD was too good to lose. He is out coached every game sometimes his players overcome poor coaching
Calipari has had 47 players in the NBA, 35 first round picks and only 1 championship. He has to be the greatest underachiever in college basketball… IMO.
