Anybody else notice?

I had noticed that too. I thought maybe he was trying to calm down after getting tossed in the USC game but I have to agree - I think he's letting the guys do what they know how to do. He has a coach on the floor and his primary scoring threat, who likes to play a little loose, has finally learned how to play "winning" basketball.

Cal does not seem to be yelling, directing and stomping on the sideline as much lately?? Seems like he has developed faith in his guys that they know what to do and has Ulis on the floor to remind them if they forget.

He tends to do this as the season's progress. 2013 was the only season where I thought he was going to have a heart attack.

Agree. But this time he seems more "relieved" than "satisfied". I think Cal is like us: a little surprised at how fast our potential became reality.

maybe Cal saw how well the played at USC when he was in the locker room and the other coaches seemed calm when they were coaching the team.

Eh...... I prefer him yelling and cursing. Makes the game way more fun and interesting.

Uh.... No.

Ulis is running he team, and cal is still yelling at officials. That's all it is.

Yes. Probably sleeps better at night having a good team and low expectations opposed to a Great team and unbelievable pressure. He seems to thrive in the current situation. We make a deep run if everyone's healthy.

I take it that you don't believe Cal strategically got tossed.

I think due to the weather warming up, Cal does not have to scream and yell as much anymore. Also remember, a lot of folks have gotten their income taxes back.
It is MUCH easier to sell used Volvo's and Hyundai's when the sun is outside, also when folks have a little extra cash.

This is not meant to be anything negative, but something I noticed lately that I would scream like crazy at my TV was for Cal to call a timeout. Maybe I am mistaken, but it sure seems Cal has been using timeouts more here lately.
